Release Date for the 2018 Ford Super Duty Limited

Ford is well-established as the pickup truck leader in the United States. Over the last 30-plus years, Ford has all but revolutionized how the public has come to view performance, capability and efficiency within the pickup truck world. For the 2018 model year, Ford is changing the status quo once again. The automaker is introducing a new luxury-themed Limited trim to its Super Duty lineup of heavy-duty pickup trucks. Just because an owner has major capability needs, doesn’t mean they don’t want new top-of-the-line experience. In examining last year’s sales figures, Ford found that more than half of Super Duty sales came from top end Lariat, King Ranch and Platinum trims. The new Limited trim goes even further when it arrives to Heritage Ford in the near future.

“Imagine opening the door to your humidor and sinking into your favorite leather lounge chair – that’s the sensation new Super Duty Limited inspires,” said Ford design manager Aileen Barraza.

What comes with the 2018 Ford Super Duty Limited?

As was alluded to earlier, the interior of the 2018 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 will have a level of available luxury that has never been offered before by the automaker. While more details are sure to come out about the new Limited trim grade, Ford has said that the luxury truck will come with custom Camaelback two-tone leather seats, a premium stitched leather-wrapped steering wheel and special suede headliner. The exterior of the truck will stand out from the crowd thanks to its exclusive twin-bar satin grille featuring chrome accents, quad-beam LED headlights and a satin finish on the tailgate.
