New design for the 2018 Ford Mustang revealed
The new Mustang design for 2018 is both reminiscent and stunningly refreshing. There’s no mistaking it — it is definitely a Mustang, but there is also still that new feel to it. The new Mustang design has a more athletic look with the car’s hood being lowered and remodeled for additional aerodynamic capabilities. You’ll also probably notice the hood vents are in a new spot.
The Mustang has always offered an appealing color palette to choose from, but the 2018 model will be adding a brand new color — Orange Fury. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of differences between the 2018 Mustang and the previous generation, and it’s clear that Ford went through it with a fine comb to make the best car they could!

Does the 2018 Ford Mustang have a V6 engine option?
One of the biggest changes for the all-new 2018 Ford Mustang is the absence of a V6 engine, since a 3.7L V6 engine was previously what was under the hood of the Mustang at the base level. This V6 gave the base entry-level Mustang 300 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque, all in an affordable and sporty package!
Instead, the Mustang will now rely more heavily on the available 2.3L EcoBoost I-4, which offers superior horsepower, torque and fuel efficiency numbers. We are, however, still waiting for the official specs of the 2018 Mustang to see where Ford has all made improvements.
