Healthcare
Do you need a tune-up? With our medical, dental and vision
plans, employees can ensure they're in top condition with
Heritage paying a portion of the premium.



Health Reimbursement Account
Due to rising deductibles, Heritage offers to pay a portion of your deductible through a health reimbursement account.




Flexible Spending Account Options
Employees can set aside $3,05 annually on a pre-tax basis for approved health care expenses and up to $5,000 for dependent
care reimbursement.




401k
Employees can set aside pre-tax money in our 401k plan after a year of employment with us. The company matches 100% of the first 3% you set aside plus an additional 50% match on the next 2%. Employees are fully vested in the company match right away!


 
Life Insurance
Heritage provides all employees with a $50,000 life and
accidental death benefit at no cost to the employee. Additionally, employees may purchase a life insurance plan of their choosing, at their own cost.



Paid Holidays
All employees will receive 8 paid holidays per year.





Vacation Time
Vacation time is immediately accrued on a monthly basis. For
the first 0-5 years of service the accrual is 8 hours per month
and after 6+ years of service the accrual is 10 hours per month.

One of the best sources of applicants is the recommendation of our current employees. Heritage offers a $300 incentive to any employee who recommends a candidate that is hired and stays employed for at least 90 days.

Annual Wellness Screening & Flu Shot
Checked your mileage lately? Know your numbers! We offer annual onsite health examinations that can help to determine your risk level for certain diseases and medical conditions and help to establish a health baseline. Protect yourself from the flu and stop its spread, access your free flu shot on site.



Bi-Weekly On-Site Chiropractic
Time for an alignment? The Epic Wellness team provides
traditional chiropractic appointments to employees on site every
other week, with their focus on making your body work at it's best.





Monthly On-Site Preventative Body Maintenance
The IHMS Preventative Body Maintenance Program's expert team of trained and certified Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Athletic Trainers work with employees to restore and promote efficient movement and function - leading to improved productivity, health, and a better way of life.



Relaxation/Meditation Room
Work can be stressful, take a time out in our newly renovated relaxation room. Enjoy a chair massage, practice breathing
exercises, or use the yoga mat to stretch out.



Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) promote the health of employees and their household members by offering immediate access to free, confidential counseling for a wide range of life issues. Our EAP provides short-term counseling and referrals, as well as wellness workshops and resource information.

Employee Charge Account
Employees can charge up to one weeks pay in parts or service and pay that back through a payroll deduction!




Boot/Eye Glass Reimbursement (Technicians)
All technicians are offered vouchers for brand new work boots
and prescription eyeglass protection, on an annual basis.

Tuition Reimbursement & Paid Training
Heritage is proud to sponsor students through both the Ford Asset Program and Toyota T-Ten program for certified technician training via each manufacturer. Assistance ranges from help with tools, work boots, and books to flat out tuition reimbursement*. Additional paid trainings are offered across departments to supplement on the job training.

*Reimbursement determined on a case by case basis; employees must meet certain eligibility requirements to get the reimbursement, and the costs must be approved by the company.
