Our first concern is making sure you are ok after an accident. It may be your first accident, but it's not ours. We understand that it's a stressful time, but at the Heritage Collision Center, it is our goal to make the process as simple and pain-free as possible.

Insurance

We'll Handle Your Insurance Company
We work closely with all insurance companies to help process your claim for you. Just bring us your insurance claim number, and we'll take pictures, give you a free, computerized estimate, determine exactly what repairs your insurance allows and send everything to them for approval. We'll even meet your appraiser on site.

Paints

Environmentally Friendly Paints
All of our paint repairs are done using PPG's Nexa Aquabase paint, the industry leader in environmentally friendly paint. Aquabase meets or exceeds Vermont's environmental standards. Along with Aquabase, our staff utilizes Uni-Cure downdraft paint booths, allowing us to match your current paint job perfectly, and making your repairs virtually invisible.

Good as New

Clean and Punctual
We will reunite you with your vehicle on time, not only repaired, but clean inside and out. Your vehicle will come back to you cleaner than you left it; it is our standard to wash and vacuum each vehicle we finish, as well as wipe down the door jambs and wash the windows.
