Zombie Run 2012

This past Saturday we had the opportunity to help sponsor the Zombie Run, which partnered with Smile Train, at the Champlain Valley Fair Grounds. We chose the two trucks on our lot that best fit the description of “Zombie-Killing Trucks,” and set them up at the finish line for all to admire.1499 × 848
We asked the question, “If you could choose a truck for the zombie apocalypse, would you choose the workhorse Ford F-350 Super Duty Lariat or the offroader Toyota Tundra Double Cab Rock Warrior?”

Kids Eat Free Thursdays With The Vermont Lake Monsters

It has been a gorgeous summer so far in Vermont and arguably the best part of the summer is baseball. Whether you support the Boston Red Sox or the New York Yankees, everyone has some hometown pride for the Vermont Lake Monsters. This season, Heritage Ford and the H-Team are proud to provide “Kids Eat Free Thursdays,” every Thursday. The first 500 kids under the age of 12 that enter the park each Thursday will receive a voucher for a free hot dog, bag of chips, and a soft drink, courtesy of the H-Team.

Drive One 4UR School: A Success!

First, we would like to send out a big “Thank-You” to everyone who came out this past Saturday to the Williston Central School and took part in Ford’s Drive One 4UR School Fundraiser. You helped us raise $2480! We had over 120 different families stop by for a test drive, while the event was staffed by 20+ volunteers from Williston F.A.P and 10+ employees from Heritage Ford.

South Burlington Veterans Memorial Documentary

Friday evening, the H-Team and Rusty Dewees welcomed about 50 local community members to the Majestic 10 Theater for a special public preview of the SB Remembers Documentary. The documentary highlights the planning and construction of the new South Burlington Veterans Memorial to be erected at Dorset Park. The documentary was locally promoted on Sunday through a Super Bowl commercial, seen below.
